WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR TREATMENT

My treatment room is a COVID-19 Secure Workplace.

INFORMATION UPDATED 21/07/2021

COVID restrictions are now easing meaning some safety measures will no longer be a legal requirement however I have decided to continue wearing a face mask during your visit and ask you do the same. At this current time I feel this is the safest option due to the close contact nature of beauty and holistic treatments.

Below is a reminder list of the current Beautopia Treatment Guidelines, please take a minute to read them through. I will happily answer any questions you may have, just let me know.

Completion of the online COVID risk assessment form or paper version as before.
Continuing to wash hands/sanitise hands on arrival.
Wearing a face mask on entry of my treatment room and during your treatment.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me to reschedule if you feel unwell.

I will continue to ventilate and sanitise the treatment room between each client as usual.

NEW - The Old Forge reception waiting area is now available to use, please take a seat and notify me on your arrival via Txt - 07725636370 (if I am not already there) and I will collect you for your appointment. Alternatively txt me upon arrival and wait in your car if you prefer, and I will meet you at the entrance porch and accompany you to the treatment room.

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, I ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please can you wait in your car and call or txt me upon arrival to the carpark on 07725636370. I will meet you there and accompany you directly to my treatment room.

Please can you wear a mask when entering the building, during your treatment and when you leave. Some treatments, for example Facials may require you to remove your mask while I work on that area.

The reception area is not available at this time as a waiting area.

Please scan my Beautopia QR code located at the entrance of my treatment room for the Track and Trace app, if you have it.

I have hand sanitiser available which you are required to use before you enter into the treatment room and you will be asked to fill out a covid-19 risk assessment questionnaire before treatment commences if you have not already completed online. Some treatments may require a telephone consultation the day before which would include the risk assessment.

All personal items will be placed in a plastic box that will be disinfected between clients.

I will be using personal protective equipment (PPE) during your visit and during your treatment. This will include a face mask, face shield/protective glasses and apron.

Please bring your own water bottle to your appointment.

The treatment room is sanitised, disinfected and aired between treatments with all towels/covers/blankets changed between every client and washed at 60 C.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. I will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.
